This is for CCE staff and current/potential volunteers who want to teach home food preservation to others through CCE. The first two classes are available via Zoom and will be recorded. You will then choose at least 3 of the 4 boiling water canning (in-person) classes and at least one of the 2 pressure canning (in-person) classes to attend this summer.
