This five-part researched-based parent education program is for parents/caregivers of youth ages 11 - 18. Topics include understanding tween/teen development, strategies to improve family communication and positive discipline strategies that encourage independence. We will also discuss internet and social media safety, potential teen challenges, and how to create healthy eating habits.
