We will cover meal planning, carb counting, sugar alternatives, healthy fats, lowering amounts of sodium, the importance of vitamins and minerals and setting SMART goals. This class is for the newly diagnosed, those living with Type 2 diabetes for a long time or their caregivers. Registration is required.
