Join us as we delve into the history of cooking on the Emerald Isle. We will explore the origins of the simple yet comforting soups, stews, chowders and desserts of Ireland. We will also discuss the emergence of the new Irish cuisine featuring traditional ingredients available on the island. Making a cottage pie will be demonstrated and several other recipes will be highlighted and shared.
