Pruning & Tool Workshop—Come join Albany Master Gardeners to learn how and when to prune your shrubs, trees, and perennials. You will learn about the proper tools to use for pruning as well as how to sharpen and take care of your tools. The Workshop will include a demonstration of the proper way to prune in the Cooperative Extension Gardens. Cost: $10.00/person, 2 people same household $15.00. Pre-registration is required.

Spring Gardening Workshop—Ever wonder what you should be doing in your garden in the Spring? The Master Gardeners will use the Cornell Cooperative Extension Gardens to demonstrate concepts including inter-planting; pollinator friendly cleanup; eliminating early weeds; dividing perennials; compost, mulch, groundcovers, and edging. Discover what is blooming in the Spring Garden, with emphasis on Spring Bulbs and ephemerals. Cost: $10.00/person, 2 people same household $15.00. Pre-registration required.
