With a lot of us spending more time inside and having less opportunities for organized physical activity, it's still important that we find ways to continue to move our bodies. Join Cornell Cooperative Extension this month in a two-part series that gets you up and moving no matter where you are! Our first class focuses on your muscles. We’ll get your heart pumping and work on balance. Our second class is all about your bones. We’ll do some stretching, jumping, and reach for the sky! Join us for one class or both.
When you register, you'll receive the Zoom link and password. We'll also send it to you again on the day of the classes.
Class led by Kim Maercklein, community nutrition educator for Albany County's Cornell Cooperative Extension and hosted by Albany Public Library.
