Be a part of the Giffen Empowerment Group for Parents/Caregivers!

This four-week parenting education program allows parents/caregivers to discuss best parenting strategies, gain support and strength, and connect with others.

Lunch will be provided at the end of each workshop. Bus passes are available, if needed.

During each session caregivers will learn about:
• Stress management strategies for you and your child(ren)
• The importance of setting limits and following through on consequences,
• Improving family communication and problem-solving skills,
• Showing love and giving compliments
