Learn how to plan delicious meals including desserts while managing your blood sugar. Sample healthy recipes. Talk with others who live with diabetes every day. For people with diabetes or prediabetes, family members and caregivers. Thursdays, January 3, 10 and 24th from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Snow make-up day 1/31.
