Preserving the Holidays: Part 2

We will be safely canning spiced pears, Christmas jam and/or hot pepper jelly, and pear mincemeat (without the meat) or another pie filling, depending on availability of ingredients. We will also discover ways to “dress up” our preserved foods to give them as festive gifts this holiday season.Program fee:$10.
