Spices Around the World Series (via Zoom)

Explore the delicious tastes and flavors of global cuisine with us in this series of five virtual classes. Each week, participants will receive a sample of the featured spice or spice mixture. Then they will cook something using the spice and share their experience with the rest of the class when we gather on screen. Pre-registration is required.
