Join us to learn more about the origin and history of herbs and spices. Bring a dish and the recipe to share that features one or more of the seasoning blends.Class fee is $5 for each time we meet.Registration is required by e-mailing Karen at kem18@cornell.edu or text message at 518-618-5595 by the Friday before class. Recipes, samples, nutrition facts and cooking tips will be shared.

April, we will be highlighting Mexican spices and the celebrated history of
Mexican cooking on Monday, April 24, so come prepared to share your favorite
dish featuring chili powder, cumin, Mexican oregano or allspice.Feel free to bring your own favorite!
On Monday, May 22, we will turn on sites on
spices featured in Thai cooking and taste dishes seasoned with lemongrass,
green chili peppers, Holy basil, turmeric, or ginger.
