October 7th Friday: 11:00am - 12:00pm | Tips for Losing and Maintaining Weight
Reaching and maintaining a healthy weight reduces the risk of chronic disease and adds a wealth of mental health benefits, too. In this interactive workshop we won’t be discussing the latest diet trends or any lose weight quick schemes. Our goal is to empower you to make simple changes to the food you enjoy and make the lifestyle choices needed to help you live your best life!

October 7th Friday: 12:00pm - 1:00pm | Lunch & Learn - MyPlate Meals on a Budget:
Come to our virtual Lunch & Learn series the first Friday of every month. To kick off October, we will be rolling up a healthy wrap stuffed with veggies while we continue our discussion about creating MyPlate meals on a budget. Our focus this month will be on fruits and vegetables.

October 10th Monday: 9:00am - 9:30am |  Meeting Your MyPlate Goals on a Budget:
In this dynamic cooking class we apply the concepts of MyPlate into one great meal. We’ll have some fun cooking together while learning the basics of putting together a healthy and delicious meal. Remember, everything you eat matters in time!

October 17th Monday: 3:00pm - 4:00pm | Tips for Losing and Maintaining Weight:

October 27th Thursday: 10:00am - 11:00am | Quick, Healthy Meals and Snacks:
No matter your cooking level, this workshop will give you the tools needed to make quick and easy meals at home so that you can control what goes into them. We will also go through some tips to help you make the best decisions when eating out. Join this virtual class so you can take control of your health through the food you eat!
