Over the last four years, John has worked part-time as a financial consultant for NY FarmNet. Jan’s background is in child welfare and bereavement counseling. Since 2017, she has been employed with NY FarmNet as a family consultant, focusing on issues that can challenge a family—including depression, intra-family conflict, fears about the future of their family farm, and difficulties communicating with other family members.
