Can tomatoes using a boiling water bath canner. Make a delicious salsa and take some home.

Make a wonderful peach jam, learn safe water bath canning and take a jar home.

Quick and Easy Pickles

Get a start on how to pickle vegetables and can them. Introduction to fermentation of foods.Make dilly beans and take a jar home.

Introduction to Pressure Canning
An introduction to safe canning of vegetables, stews, meat.Can some soup and take some home.
