Preserving the Bounty: Introduction to Pressure Canning

An introduction to safe canning of low acid foods like vegetables, stews and meats. Can some soup and take some home.  All materials will be provided. Pre-registration and payment must be received by Friday before class. Make check payable to CCE Albany and mail to CCE Albany, 24 Martin Road, Voorheesville, NY 12186.  Class size limited to 12.
