The program also seeks to inspire healthier habits: fostering strong, active, healthy families and individuals. This year’s theme is “Fueling an Active Family” focusing on healthy foods and tips to keep busy families energized and productive throughout the day. New this year is the addition of partner the Albany Times Union, offering a unique writing contest for kids.
